about us

We believe in educating women and children for the betterment of their future so that they can change their livelihood and that of their generation.We educate them in different aspects of life namely academics, life skill, professional skills and business.

We are an organization that was created to share the love of God through giving love, hope to women and children from different ethnic backgrounds. We create a platform for women and children to become who they want to be in life despite their race, background and status. We help them find their God given purpose through financial support, education,emotional support, building early childhood centers, empowerment programs and supporting orphanages.

Chairlady

Chairlady Winnet has been working in the Education sector for more than 30 years. She has vast experience in working with both women and children. She trained and graduated as a primary school teacher in 1983. She obtained a Bachelors Degree of Education in Administration in 2009.

Tina Tendai Makuku

CEO & Founder

Tina is an African Themed Jewelry designer in Beijing, C.E.O of Chariots-lionbay. Through making and designing jewelry she has managed to create equal opportunities for women and children in Africa and Asia. She has worked with different women’s organizations such as Women of Virtue to impact and empower women around the world spiritually, emotionally, academically and financially.

Nokuthula Ndebele

Publicity & Marketing

Nokuthula, also known as Tula, is the Marketing and Publicity Director of People at Heart. She has aided and in designing and marketing Chariots Handmaydz African themed jewelry, and stands as the support for Chariots-Lionbay.

Tapiwa M Nyamutora

Functions Director

Acquired a Bachelor of Environmental Science honours in land conservation and reclamation at the university of Bindura Zimbabwe.
Intrests Agriculture and food security. Tapiwa strives to make a difference in women and children’s lives. She has worked with university students for 2 years.

Sothini Mkandhla

Projects Director

Sothini has vast experience in working on different projects with women and children in different communities.

Kirly Kabudura

Youth Volunteer Co-ordinator

Kirly has a passion to impact her community positively. She is involved with C.E.R.S group. They are a group of young girls that strive to make a difference in other children’s lives.
